Watchtower is built with privacy-first architecture. Here's exactly how we protect your business data — no vague promises, just specifics.

Data Isolation

Every client's data lives in a completely separate namespace. Row Level Security at the database level means your leads, contacts, and pipeline are invisible to other accounts — even to us. This isn't application-level filtering that could be bypassed by a bug; it's enforced at the database engine before a query can return.

AI Privacy

We use Anthropic's Claude API for all AI features. Anthropic does not use API data for model training by default. Your product details, ICP, and email drafts are never exposed to other users or used to improve AI for anyone else. Every AI call is scoped to your account context — your ICP, your banned words, your voice.

Your Rights

Export your data anytime from the Settings tab. Request account deletion and all associated data — leads, contacts, email drafts, campaign history, and research findings — will be permanently removed. We retain nothing after account closure.
